Line Maintenance (LM) / Operational Maintenance (OM)

We perform line and operational maintenance focused on guaranteeing daily aircraft availability. This includes pre-flight and post-flight inspections, correction of discrepancies reported by the crew, fluid replenishment, minor adjustments and resolution of defects detected during operation. Our goal is to reduce aircraft downtime and ensure optimal safety and performance for every flight.

Special Maintenance (SM)

Special Maintenance includes interventions that go beyond line maintenance, following the manufacturer’s programs and authority requirements. This includes inspections based on flight hours, cycles, calendar intervals or specific operational conditions. Blue Nevo manages and executes these tasks with full traceability and technical documentation.

Technical Bulletins

We apply Service Bulletins and Technical Bulletins issued by aircraft, engine and component manufacturers. Our team evaluates applicability, coordinates execution, and records compliance in the aircraft’s technical logbook, ensuring alignment with the latest safety, reliability and performance standards.

Aircraft Modernization

We execute modernization projects for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, including upgrades to avionics, navigation and communication systems, instrument panels, interiors and electrical systems. These upgrades extend aircraft life, increase operational value, enhance regulatory compliance and improve performance in demanding environments.

Demilitarization (Maintenance Program Modification)

We offer demilitarization and conversion services for aircraft transitioning from military to civilian or mixed operational use. This includes reviewing and modifying maintenance programs, removing or adapting military systems, ensuring compliance with civil aviation standards and generating all required technical documentation.

Time Resource Extensions (Calendar / Program Extensions)

We manage and execute extensions of component and system life limits in accordance with manufacturer documentation and aviation regulations. Through engineering analysis, additional inspections and airworthiness criteria, we support operators in maximizing component life without compromising safety or compliance.

Storage Maintenance (Preservation / De-preservation)

When aircraft or components must be stored, we apply preservation procedures to protect them from corrosion, humidity, environmental conditions and non-operation. After the storage period, we perform de-preservation, required inspections and functional testing to return the aircraft to airworthy condition.

Hourly Maintenance (Approved Program)

We carry out maintenance scheduled by flight hours, cycles or calendar time in accordance with the approved maintenance program for each aircraft model. This anticipates wear, reduces operational risk and keeps fleets within manufacturer and regulatory limits.

Seasonal Maintenance

We design and implement seasonal maintenance programs for aircraft operating in high-contamination environments, high salinity or extreme temperatures. These procedures mitigate accelerated corrosion, erosion and structural fatigue, preserving the aircraft’s integrity in demanding environments.

Flight Check Maintenance

We provide technical support for functional flight checks after major interventions, modifications or critical repairs. This includes aircraft preparation, crew coordination, in-flight parameter verification and post-flight analysis to ensure all systems operate within specified limits before returning to service.

Aircraft General Repairs – Overhaul

We perform major repairs and overhauls for aircraft and components according to manufacturer specifications and maintenance manuals. This involves disassembly, detailed inspection, repair or replacement of parts, reassembly, functional testing and final certification. The result is extended aircraft life and restored operational reliability.

Aircraft Reconstruction – Accident / Incident Repair

Blue Nevo has the technical capability to reconstruct aircraft damaged by accidents or incidents. This includes damage assessment, recovery of salvageable components, structural repair, replacement of affected systems and complete restoration under aeronautical regulations. Our objective is to return the aircraft to safe operating condition or maximize technical and economic recovery when full restoration is not feasible.
